New Free Sample Set

Hi everyone.

I've uploaded two new free samples from a couple brush sets I've made in the last 3 months.  I will upload a few more as the week progresses.  Be sure to check them out...

Just thought I would test out the advice I've been given in regards to my photoshop brush packs.  Quite some time has passed since I uploaded any brush pack.  I have made quite a few new sets of the popular sets.  I've added a ton of new brushes in the 2010 brush pack series.

I've spent a few months trying to figure out how I want to go about selling the packs.  And though I have not ironed it all out, I figured I would start out with a small sample of the full pack, and see how it goes here on DA.

Special thanks to `DigitalPhenom for putting up with all my questions a few months back.

Anyone know how to contact these people??? [link] do not have permission to redistribute my brush set. I clicked on Contact but of coarse it's a dead link.

Hi everyone, watcher and poppers.

I gave warning that I was going to be deleting by brushes. I've decided that I will do something else entirely with them. What prompted me to do this was the enormous amount of theft. When people won't follow the rules set forth, it's nothing less then theft.

Unfortunately there is nothing I can do for the brush sets that have already been taken and re-uploaded elsewhere, but the new sets I have will be exclusive sets. I'm planning a website, and over the next few weeks it should be up and running. If your a die hard fan, and still want access to my brush sets, as well as the additional sets, I will post a link once the site is functional.

I'm still here on DA...just no longer functioning in a resource capacity.

Thanks for understanding.

Discouraged

Decided to do a check on 'Hallonnie' and was very discouraged by the lack of respect for rules.

So, over the next couple weeks I will be revamping everything I have. I'll be working on some projects that came up out of the blue, and deciding if Deviant art is the avenue to keep.

Wow...I never expected to be gone for FOUR months.

Still settling in, but just wanted to let my watchers and friends know I'm still kicking.

If you faved or watched me...or commented, please forgive me for not personally replying. As you can imagine after a 4 month leave how full the message center was. Just couldn't get to everyone personally. So...THANK YOU!!!!!

Ramblings

My husband and I have been working on setting up a Farm Stand.  Our local area doesn't have much in the way of fresh locally grown produce, so we thought with the connections we have to several farms, we could bring this to our area.

We have also come up with a buy-in program, similar to CSA, but just a bit different.  We need about 20 investors.  We have three.  But the word has only been spread by word of mouth, and only been open 3 days.

The fresh produce is only part of what we have in store for the Stand.  We will also run a small flee market on Sat. & Sun. as well as have a few small animals kicking around for the city kids to see.

I FINALLY subscribed to Layers Mag!!!

I've been wanting to subscribe to layers mag for a long time, and I finally did it this morning.  I'm stoked!  LOL

In other news, it's school vacation.  I thought I'd have some alone time to catch up with Photoshop, but, so far, I've barley been able to open it...LOL  Can we say, INTERRUPTIONS?  LOL

Anyway, I printed some of my fractals, and other artwork at the local drug store.  Actually, I used three local places to print the same thing, just to see how the machines differ.  The Kodak machines are far superior.  I didn't do anything too fancy, but I did print The Gift, Tranquility, Deciphering Dreams, and Mushroobin.  The only machine that printed an acceptable print was the Kodak.  I'm happy.

1.) I'm a mother of 4 children.  It keeps me busy.  The oldest is 18, and the youngest is 5.

2.) I'm studying the Law of Attraction.

3.) Just got a brand new computer.  It's a learning curve because it's a 64-bit system, and I did not know that not every program I have is acquainted with the 64-bit set up.  LOL

4.) I, as of 6 days ago, have Adobe creative suit 3 design premium.  Many things to learn.

5.) I'm addicted to Hulu!  There!  I said it.

6.) I'm a former dairy farmer.

7.) My husband is a Class A Driver, O/O.  He's gone 3-5 weeks at a time.  So, it's almost like being a single mom, but not.  LOL  Does that make sense?

8.) I LOVE digital art.

So, yeah, I'm kinda boring to others, however, I'm quite happy and content with myself, my family, and my life.  I'm always learning.  Always growing, in one area or another.

'Other' Features.

There is some AMAZING stuff out there.

I am ALWAYS amazed by craftsmen. (or woman) I know, without a doubt, that I'm so interested in these kinds of craftsmanship solely because I cannot do it. Not that I've ever tied either, mind you, but I know myself, and I have limitations on my patience. Clearly, these works require a special hand, deep well of patience, and a pure love of what they are doing.

I decided to actually do a feature. It's kinda selfish though, because I want to look at these for a while, so, by doing a feature, I can look at 'em for a week or more jsut by coming to DA.
